i recently upgraded to the new Iphone4 16gb phone. I have a ipod on here and im trying to figure out how i can convert my songs off of my computer onto my phone? also, are there any app's out there that will allow you to download free ringtones? thanks!

First download iTunes if you dont have it already from http://www.apple.com/itunes/.
Open iTunes, click File in the top right corner, then click your music folder and all your music will be added to iTunes.
Use the white USB cable that came with your phone and connect it to your computer.
A start up guide will help you set up you iPhone to sync with your computer. Than just add the music you want to you phone and it will download.
