i used copytrans manager to put my music on there, but to put ringtones i need itunes and when i sync the ringtones, all my music got deleted!! help?

I've created a few custom ringtones for an iPhone 3GS, but they're not showing up on the list of the phone's sounds, even though they are showing up in the Tones' section of the iTunes Library, as well as on the device itself in iTunes. I've tried syncing multiple times, restored the unit and reinstalled iTunes (most recent) version and I'm still not able to use the custom ring/alert tones.

I've had an iPhone for forever now, and I've been using the ringtone app RMaker.It's worked fine but at the moment I'm unable to add songs to my phone (I only have access to my cousin's computer and I don't want to transfer all of my stuff to her computer just so I can sync it for ringtones.)I bought the song I want on my iPhone, is there anyway I can get the iTunes ringtone from it without having to sync it with the computer?

I've just downloaded 5 ringtones for my i phone from Waply. If I go to my i tunes library on my computer, on the left side, where there's music, tv shows, videos, etc, there is also a place called tones. If I click on it, all the new ringtones I downloaded from Waply are there. I've snyced my i phone and everything, but I can't figure out how to get to tones on my iphone. I figured it would be somewhere in settings, and then in sounds, but I can't find it. Help? Please.

I synced an itunes ringtone (m4r) and it was under my tones playlist on itunes. I synced my ringtones to my phone, and under the tones playlist on my phone, it says the ringtone is on there. It wont show up as an available ringtone on my phone though. How do i make it work?

Asked: Do the iPhone’s speakers get damaged from excessively loud music or ringtones?

I just went through a huge process to be able to put my own songs as iPhone ringtones (e.g. editing song length to -40 seconds and changing file extension from .m4a to .m4r) so that I didn't have to pay the ridiculous price of $2.50 for a ringtone but it seems to have made a couple of them louder than normal. Much louder than normal. The phone seems to vibrate just from the sheer decibels of the sound which it has never done before even at full volume. And no I'm not going to damage my ears unless I'm holding the phone in my ear when someone rings me.
So anyway, does abnormally loud sound levels coming out of the speaker repeatedly damage or slowly degrade the speaker quality or anything?

P.S. It's an iPhone 4S so it's speakers are almost twice as loud as the ones on the 4 already.

I know that you can make ring tones from iTunes. I've done it before, it's a piece of cake.
But recently, I tried making a ringtone and putting it in my iPhone, but it's not appearing. It appears in the "Tones", but it's darker and it has a sync symbol next to it, but it's not rotating. I did everything right, and I kept trying, but it kept failing. Any idea's to fix it?
