I know how to get sound bits into my ringtone folder, so I don't need to know how to do that. I also know I can just link my alerts to my custom ringtones. I am just curious to know if there is a way to get them into the alerts "folder" .m4r works for ringtones is there something I can change my file to, to make it go in the other "folder"?

I have the iPhone 4S, I downloaded the "Free Ringtone Maker" application on my Macbook Pro. I created a few ringtones and when i go to set them as personal text tones for my friends, they arent available. They're always available to be used as ringtones, and even when i go to set them as my general text tone, they aren't showing up. What should i do? I tried updating the software on my mac, I tried deleting my ringtones from my phone then reinstalling them and nothing has worked. Any solutions or suggestions?

The night bfore last I had a really weird dream. In my dream, my iPhone kept playing ringtones. (in real life I don't have any ringtones.) Well in my dream I was busy so I wasn't answering my phone. I did listen to the songs it played. One of them was Sillet "The Last Night" (one of my favorite songs). When I did answer a call, it turned out to be a girl who lives along our road, and I'm friends with on Facebook. (She's 13 and I'm 18. We rarely see each other. The last time I saw her was several weeks ago when she ran out of gas on her 4 wheeler along the road and I happened to find her so I brought her some more gas. She thanked me, of course, and some how I felt kinda weird about it. I don't know if I had feelings for her or what, she is very cute, but I know out ages are too far apart to be in a relationship, so I can't imagine actually pursueing that. I'm not a creep. But at the time I thought she was 15, so I might have been thinking things I shouldn't have.) In my dream, she was calling to ask me about a book she was reading, called A Song for Your Honor. (That book was written by a family that our family is good friends with. It's about some difficult times they went through. It's very interesting. You should read it. It's published by Christian Light Publications.) But in my dream she was asking me the original names and the ages of the kids in the family. She asked me about one of them and I told her what year she was born. Then she said, "no just tell me how old she was at the time of the story." (That reminded me of how in real life, she has 2 Facebook accounts and on the one I'm friends with she lies and says she's 15.) Then in my dream, after we were through talking she sent me a text saying, "I love you, Dave". It was so weird that I would dream about that, cuz it wasn't like I was always thinkin about her. But since I had that weird dream I haven't been able to get it, or her off my mind. Is that bad? What are your thought on this? Please

Some information about me:
-I am a 15 year old girl. This phone will not be used for buisnes of any type! (Just being honest, I will be using it to mainly talk and text and do other things with my friends)

-Money is not an issue (that is all I will say on that point)

-I want something that I can spend time on when I am bored (I am in many clubs where I travel, I want a phone I can play on durring bus rides and plane rides)
